Magic Garden 2 Zagreb Center

The location is convenient, with a Tram stop right beside it, but the stay was very disappointing. I was there from 02-Jan to 04-Jan-2026. The room and sheets weren’t clean, and there was so much dust that our noses got blocked. The bathroom and kitchen were unreasonably small, the bathroom handle was broken, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. The host was uncooperative and ruined the experience. Definitely not recommended.

The video made the written check-in instructions easy to follow, and with it I could check in and out on my own. Inside, the apartment had what I needed for a comfortable night: a fridge, plenty of power sockets, and a comfortable bed. It was quiet too, with hot water and great shower pressure. I felt safe, thanks to the well-lit approach to the building and hallway lights that came on automatically. Restaurants and shops are nearby. MAGIC GARDEN 1 ZAGREB CENTER looks plain from outside, but it turned out to be a little gem. It’s a good, low-cost option for a functional, no-frills night in a great location. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was and would recommend it.

The place was clean and conveniently located, but not having a reception was a real hassle when we needed to print train and flight tickets. When we first looked for the entrance, there was a strange man in the courtyard. Later, teenagers were hanging around the garden smoking at night. The coffee and tea listed under Agoda amenities weren’t there.

I booked through Agoda on April 9th, 2024, but couldn’t find the place when I arrived. I tried reaching the host and got no reply. It was late and I was exhausted, so I had to urgently book another hotel. I’m not sure how other reviewers found it. Maybe it’s hidden, or maybe it doesn’t exist. I wasted a lot of time and was really frustrated. I don’t recommend it at all.
