The apartment was roomy and comfortable, right on a lively pedestrian street in central Zagreb. WiFi worked, and when an issue came up with my travel provider, they sorted it out quickly over WhatsApp. A few small things could make it better: shower gel or shampoo for people traveling with just a cabin bag, coffee and a capsule or moka pot, and somewhere to leave luggage between checkout and the airport. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Check-in was contactless and very smooth. The apartment was cute, professionally decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The shower was great, though the bed wasn't very comfortable and each person had just one small pillow.

There are plenty of good restaurants just outside, with a supermarket farther down the street, and all the sights are within walking distance. The place was clean and quiet despite being right in the city center, and had everything we needed. Self check-in was trouble-free. Highly recommended!

Getting to the entrance with a lot of luggage is a bit awkward since cars can't pull up in front, so you have to walk some of the way. Traveling light would be no problem. The host was easy to reach on WhatsApp, and the place is comfortable and right in the city center, with attractions and food everywhere. I'd stay again.
