Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and high-quality food. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was warm, attentive, and extremely kind, making every morning pleasant. Most staff were professional and accommodating, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, centrally located, and convenient for seeing the city. A small issue during our stay was handled right away by the young man at the front desk, who was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. One young woman at reception with long hair came across as rather cold, though, and didn't show the warmth or customer service the rest of the staff did. Some more guest relations training might help reflect the hotel's otherwise high standards. Everything else was excellent, and we'd gladly stay again. We appreciated the team's effort to make guests comfortable.

Amenta deserves special thanks for welcoming me so warmly and answering all my questions patiently and with a genuine smile, even with the lobby so busy and crowded. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude really made me feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the location is great. The lady who manages the breakfast entrance was also lovely, always smiling and kind, and gave each day a warm start. Thanks to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We stayed Thursday to Monday while my son was taking part in a large chess tournament at the hotel. I've stayed at many hotels for tournaments and work, and this was one of the best experiences we've had. Even with more than 500 tournament guests and families from across Europe, service stayed calm, professional, and friendly. Nenad Hervatin made us feel especially welcome and at home. He always greeted us with a smile, asked how we were, and showed real interest in how my son's tournament was going. That extra kindness meant a lot. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are extremely quiet, and I slept better than anywhere else. The wellness and fitness facilities were excellent, and the food was consistently very good. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but the hospitality made me want to share this. We're very grateful and would gladly return.

I stayed at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel in February 2026, and it was a great choice for both work and leisure. The hotel combines classic elegance and modern luxury, and its location is hard to beat: about a 10-minute walk from the Main Train Station and historic Ban Jelačić Square, with Zagreb's shops, cafes, and cultural sites close by. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi, a practical workspace, and premium amenities. The Sheraton Signature beds gave me one of the best nights of sleep I've had while traveling. The staff were the highlight, professional, warm, and attentive from check-in. Special thanks to the front desk and breakfast teams for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
