Spacious Apartment in Radnička Business Zone - FREE PARKING

The lockbox wouldn't open, and I was left out in -1°C with no real help. I had booked expecting self check-in and professional support if something went wrong. When I contacted them, they asked me to record myself trying the box, even though the metal was freezing cold. They ignored my calls, blamed me, and told me to wait indefinitely for a "city team" they supposedly contacted. They said they couldn't talk to me by phone because they couldn't receive calls, even though they'd contacted the team by phone. Their unapologetic response and refusal to refund me made things worse. They said they'd "fulfilled their responsibilities" and blamed me for not calling sooner, as if I could have known the system would fail. They are also still holding my personal ID without justification. I've traveled extensively and never had such a terrible experience. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away. There are plenty of better places in Zagreb that actually care about their guests. ⭐ 0/5 if I could.
