A really comfortable place to stay, and the staff went out of their way to help. I’d happily recommend it and come back.

Enikő was so kind and helpful, and breakfast was the best part of our stay. When we said goodbye, she packed us a little breakfast to take along, which was a lifesaver after being awake for 24 hours with nothing but jelly to eat. We were here because of Ultra Balaton and had booked two nights, but ended up sleeping only one, then just came back to unpack. The villa is central but quiet, with parking in front in a small dead-end street. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was very clean and comfortable too. Thank you, Enikő!

The rooms had air conditioning and working Wi-Fi, and the accommodation was clean with helpful staff. The beach wasn’t far away, but we hadn’t expected the steep difference in level. In 30-degree heat, it was a hard walk for an older person. Some of the equipment in the shared areas no longer matches the pictures on the site, which may be old, and there were no room photos. There were very few TV channels.

The only good things for us were the friendly receptionist, who spoke German, and the breakfast she made. We booked two rooms for four people, and after reading all the positive reviews, we really don’t understand them. The smallest room costs over €100 a night and barely has space to move around. Several advertised facilities weren’t usable: three bath towels smelled bad and seemed moldy, and of around eight rental bikes, only one worked after we had to pump it up ourselves. There was black mold in the sauna, about 20 spiders in the shower, and the tiny pool had a strange smell, so we didn’t dare use it. The courtyard parking was so tight it was almost impossible to get out without risking a scratch. There are cameras all over the building, which made the place feel like 1984. We wouldn’t stay here again.
