Bliss Villa

It was clean, though you could hear sounds through the walls.

A warm welcome and a cozy, clean room made me very happy with my stay. I'd recommend it for a quiet weekend or for business travel, but probably less for big families or people looking to party.

The owner was nice, but the room had several problems. The bathroom looked like it was from the 90s and smelled strongly of sewage. We told the owner, who gave us a plug for the shower drain, but nothing else was done. We had to keep the bathroom door shut, or the smell spread into the room. The air conditioning was a cheap little fan that only worked on setting 1, so with 26 degrees outside it was still 25 inside. The bedding was badly worn, fluffy and torn, and under the sheet the mattress had yellow stains. Neither page showed a picture of the room we actually got. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, like something out of a fairy tale. If the listing photos had matched the rooms, I definitely wouldn't have booked here. In my view, this wasn't acceptable Hungarian hospitality in 2018.

We slept well on a comfortable bed in a clean room. The street was quiet and the host was kind.
