The area is beautiful, and there are other hotels around, so I'd choose somewhere else. We had mold in the shower when we checked in. After we complained, they moved us to another room, but then we had ants there. Cleaning was very minimal for such a large hotel. It's all-inclusive, yet breakfast was the same every morning and dinner had little variety. I had stomach problems a few times after eating there. I don't recommend it.

The food was excellent, the hotel was clean and very nice, and we loved our stay, especially the wellness facilities and sandy beach. A few small things could be improved: the gym could open earlier or stay open longer, and the kids missed having pancakes at breakfast.

From the terraces and windows, the sunrise and sunset views are gorgeous. We had a fabulous four-night stay at this hotel in central Balatonfüred, with lovely indoor and outdoor pools and a spa, and the staff were always polite. Breakfast and dinner offered plenty of choice for most tastes, including homemade Hungarian dishes and cakes. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. You can also hire sailboats with a captain at very reasonable prices, a must when visiting Balaton. We'll be back next summer.

We've been returning for years, and the amazing view is part of the appeal. It's not cheap, but I think it's worth it, especially since you can still use the indoor facilities when it rains. There's a whirlpool pool, sauna, steam room, kids' area, hot bath, and Jacuzzi.

The food was good, and the private beach felt safe and was nice to have. There are lots of pools and water features, indoors and out, including slides, a water twister, and jacuzzis. The hotel has an older section and a newer one, but both have nice, clean rooms. Staff didn't speak much English, though we managed. It's a shame the pools and beach close around 8 a.m. in summer.
