The place is beautiful and the owner is nice, but they didn't mention that renovation work would start at 6 am during the holidays. On another rainy day, when we were meant to be resting in the afternoon, we got the relaxing sound of a hammer drill at full blast. We also couldn't leave bread or anything else out front, because there was even an ant on my laptop screen. And the apartment had no broom or mop for cleaning up a crumb or water that splashed out of the shower beside the curtain.

There was even parking in the yard, and the house rules say someone can be reached by phone 24 hours a day. I found that remarkable. The rules also call for quiet from 10 pm, which we really appreciated. The accommodation itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Csilla, the owner, is a phenomenon, kind, smiling, and always trying to help. She even showed us rooms that were already booked, so we could see what they were like, and was checking the options for us. Maybe it won't matter to everyone, but I'm a TV addict and can't fall asleep without my movie dose. The surprise was that every channel was available, just like at home. I've never had that in any accommodation! My husband and I are going back this weekend. This time I was with my goddaughter. I wholeheartedly recommend the place. My friends and I will only stay here from now on. Thanks so much for everything, dear Csilla!

We spent a week here with eleven friends, and there were quite a few things we weren't happy with. One issue was the rear party area, which we tried using between 8-11 pm. We weren't being loud, and the music was only in the background, but the lady told me that the two families staying there still couldn't sleep because of us. Those people hadn't said anything to us about the volume. Given that, I don't think it's fair that we couldn't make use of the entertainment space because of the accommodation provider's comfort.

I understand a lot of things, but being shouted at like a teacher on a class trip because it was 11 pm and we should be asleep felt excessive. I wouldn't rent the place to a group of ten young people if I lived there, though age wasn't really the issue. People of a different age would have sat together too. No matter where we were, on one side, the other side, or down in the yard, it seemed to be a problem.
