About an hour after booking, I asked to cancel for free, but they refused and wanted me to pay €80. The hotel should make money from guests who actually stay, not people who found somewhere much better and want a refund after giving more than reasonable notice.

The kitchen smell was intense and disgusting in both the bedroom and bathroom, day and night. I got the impression the kitchen ventilation might somehow be connected to the bathroom ventilation, and running the bathroom fans all the time did nothing to clear it. My room itself was quite comfortable and had a nice bathroom, so on that basis I’d give it at least four, maybe five, stars. I ate dinner there once and that was enough for me. Maybe I chose the wrong dishes, but I wasn’t satisfied with what I had. Others may have a better experience.

24.12.2025. Great for a stopover, with spacious free parking and a quiet spot right in the center. The restaurant is good, and the staff are very friendly and speak several languages.

It’s close to flexum thermal, and the rooms have balconies. Breakfast is nothing special, but it’s fine. All in all, a good choice 🙂

Everything was really good. It’d be even better if someone at reception spoke English.
