We had a hard time relaxing, especially with a baby. Groups of young people, possibly there for sports competitions, made a lot of noise and didn't respect the quiet at night. The pool was also closed during our stay on a hot weekend. I chose this hotel because it advertised a large swimming pool, which mattered to me, but after booking for several days, nobody told me it was out of order. If I had known, I would have booked somewhere else. Sitting in a lovely apartment and looking at a closed pool was unacceptable. I contacted the hotel to ask about it in a friendly, straightforward way, but got no reply, which left me feeling they weren't interested in resolving the problem. The location is nice and the rooms are spacious, but that didn't make up for the pool issue. I wanted to share my experience. Best regards.

The hotel's lovely, but the open areas were completely unusable during our stay because it had recently started hosting large groups. From morning to evening there was shouting, screaming, and loud music from the student groups staying there. Don't be fooled by the high ratings and positive reviews. Avoid it at all costs.

For what the room costs, I expected a bathroom that worked properly, without smells or leaking hoses. Breakfast was served buffet-style, but the plates, cups, and cutlery were plastic, which left us a bit disappointed.

The staff were really kind, and you can book an hour in the wellness room just for yourself :) The beach is only two minutes away, and the location is great. Our modern, cozy room had pretty much everything we needed and plenty of room for our stuff. It wasn't small at all.

The rooms looked just like the photos, and were nice, clean, and tidy. WiFi was great, and the location was okay. The staff spoke very little English, so check-in took us about 20 minutes. We thought we'd paid through Booking, but it turned out we hadn't.
