The food was a real pleasure, and the hotel has a full range of services and facilities. It’s in a great spot for both skiing and hiking. Of all the resort hotels I’ve stayed at in Hungary, this one is the most stunning.

The food was exceptionally good, and overall I had a great stay. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful, and willing to work with whatever I needed. The beds felt a bit uncomfortable, and the room design seemed a little dated.

The bedsheets were clean, but that was about the only decent thing in the room. The furniture was old, dusty and pretty disgusting. The wellness area smelled of sweat and had black mold on the walls. Food was hideous, just completely tragic. The interior wasn't much to look at either, and while the staff were okay, they were barely around. Do yourself a favor and don't book here.

The view was lovely, and New Year's Eve itself went well. The food was a letdown, though. For a four-star hotel, the half-board buffet should have been better, and it wasn't hot enough for the rest of the meal on Saint Sylvester. Trying to get coffee at the bar was frustrating because there was no staff around, and the professionalism felt lacking. We normally planned to stay three nights, but left early. The reception staff didn't seem very surprised.
