For a budget traveller like me, this small single room was worth the money for a 3-nights stay. It’s close to the Budapest Corvin Nagyed M3 metro and mall. The building is run down and the entrance feels a bit creepy, but inside you get a quiet, crammed room with a kitchenette in one corner, enough to make breakfast or a light meal. There’s a double deck bed at the other end, plus air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, fridge, washer, and an attached bath and toilet. The Udvar truck center opposite the apartment brought to mind the Steven Udvar Hazy museum near the Dulles airport near Washington DC. It’s a beautiful lesson in managing space.

The apartment is very small, but it has what you need, including a kitchen, washing machine, good wifi, and dryer. The host was polite and helpful when we had several questions during our stay. The location is very good: a 3 minutes walk to the M3 metro station, with a mall and grocery store just around the corner. It’s close to the tourist center but still quiet and without crowds.

The apartment was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. It’s tucked into a quiet courtyard, close to a metro and tram station, and a large shopping center for groceries is 5 minutes away. Corvin is open 7 days a week and closes late. The southern part of the city center is a 20-minute walk, and the Palace of Parliament is 15 minutes away by tram. The airport takes 45 minutes with very frequent metro and bus service. It’s great for sleeping and breakfast, though it felt a bit small for a day trip. I recommend the sofa bed, which is much more comfortable. Great value for money, with a warm welcome and a handy location.

The owner was great, and the apartment was clean and cozy. It’s in a quiet, convenient spot near a large shopping center. The bus station is about a 15-minute walk one way, and Pest city center is about 15 minutes in the other direction.
