Mirage Medic Hotel

The food was fresh and nicely prepared, and the whole stay felt carefully thought through. Mirage Medical Hotel had a calm feel, and its professional service made it a comfortable place to rest and recover. The medical and spa facilities were well organized, and the staff were kind, attentive, and quick to respond. Our room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, with what we needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to recharge mentally and physically. I’d recommend Mirage Medical Hotel to anyone looking for professional care, wellness services, and a relaxing break.

This was our second stay, and we plan to come back in 2028 for the next international circus festival. The location is great, and most of the staff were helpful and lovely. Alina especially made us feel welcome when we arrived late after a very delayed flight from the UK. She was the only receptionist who brought us hot complimentary ginger and lemon tea, which really lifted the spirits of two cold, exhausted travellers. The room was warm, the shower hot, and there was a mini fridge. Breakfast had a great selection, but most of it was lukewarm, which was disappointing. Everything else was great.

Alina was very professional and helped me plan my last half-day in Budapest perfectly. The restaurant staff were kind too. The location was perfect, and my room was warm, with high ceilings and bathtubs.

I've stayed at Mirage Medic Hotel regularly and have usually been satisfied, so this experience was disappointing. For my latest booking, I wanted to move one of my two nights to a later date in December. I'd checked in advance and saw there were plenty of rooms available that night, and the change would have meant four more nights at the hotel in December. I also expected to make several visits in 2026. I explained the situation at reception before checking in and mentioned that I'd been a loyal guest, but they refused to move the night. Management still told me to send an email, even though I was there in person because the matter was urgent. Since the change would not have cost the hotel anything, the refusal felt like a disregard for the flexibility a regular customer could reasonably expect. I won't stay at Mirage Medic Hotel again. I'll book my next seven or eight Budapest trips elsewhere.
