There was dust all over the apartment, and we even found an unused diaper in a drawer. It also felt unsafe, with a leaking sink, exposed electrical wires, and wall sockets coming out of the wall. After we called, customer service said they could send someone to clean, but why wait until a guest complains? Nobody came to check on the situation, even though the manager’s office was on the other side of the block. And the ending was no refund. Do yourself a favor and book a proper hotel so you can enjoy your holiday. This was the worst experience we’ve had, and the people handling it were unprofessional.

There was hair on the floor and in the bathroom, so the cleaning was really poor. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Gabi was great. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked, and the location was good. Nothing to complain about.
