10/10
The rooms and facilities deserve five stars, and the reception staff, cleaner, and maintenance man were all nice. The yard is clean, parking is good, and the BKK bus stop right outside is a big plus. There were bugs, though, and apparently you shouldn't mention them because the "boss" lady gets angry. She came into my room while I was sleeping, even though the door was closed, and took phone photos of my personal things. She questioned why I had a clothes dryer in the room and a plate on the table. Fine for sleeping, but that behavior was uncomfortable.

This place has closed and no longer exists. It should be removed from the map!
