We booked three nights and were told to call the host when we arrived. Our train was delayed, so we got there at 7 pm. I called again and again for more than three hours, and sent texts and voice notes, but got no reply. It was a cold night with a little snow, and we had nowhere to go. We had to find another place in the middle of the night. For your own sanity, stay away. Scammer, 100%.

The room faced the back, so it was very quiet, and the location would be great for people looking to party. Staff were friendly, though that didn't make up for the problems: the room wasn't clean, several things were broken, the second bed wasn't made, and there was no spare sheet. Breakfast, despite being mentioned when we booked, wasn't provided. The promised car charging didn't work either.

The beds were comfortable, the wifi worked, parking was available, and the centre was within walking distance. Still, I wouldn't recommend the apartment unless it's repaired and brought up to the advertised standard. The place was crowded, noisy, and dirty, with no visible sign, and it was hard to arrange check-in by car on a narrow one-way street where you can't stop. It wasn't "luxury" and seemed poorly maintained. There was no coffee maker, the toilet light was broken, and there was no shower curtain. The broken shower hose sent water onto the floor, so we had to watch our step. Some drawers were broken, and there were only two hangers, even though there were three irons. They brought a coffee machine and a pan the next day, but didn't fix the other issues. Our group had to share one key. Breakfast came from a nearby bistro, either delivered or eaten there. The coffee was weak and the omelette just passable. We were given a 15% discount, but that didn't change my view.

Our stay included breakfast, but the first morning was awful. We waited more than 75 minutes, and although we ordered the same meal, my husband was served first and I had to wait longer. Then the waitress accidentally dropped my breakfast on the floor and didn't even apologize. I asked for a refund for breakfast only, and the owner said it would be paid right away. I still haven't received it. The whole thing was completely unprofessional.

The free parking was super helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. We knew a central spot near a club would be noisy, and it was. Apart from staff leaving the rubbish unemptied, not replacing the toilet paper or soap, and leaving the previous guests' used towels, everything was okay.
