I rarely post a negative review, especially since most of mine are positive, but I can't stay quiet about this. With just a month left before our Budapest trip, they canceled our booking today, saying there was a problem with the card. We use a prepaid card and top it up the day before its expiration date, March 24th. Today is March 6th, so I’m sure they rented it to María Precio and used the card issue as an excuse. It’s outrageous to leave a family with everything booked and nowhere to stay while celebrating their 50th anniversary. The site wouldn’t let me give a zero rating. I hope people see this and don’t fall into the same trap.
