These apartments are in a really good spot for getting around and doing things.

The view is the one small positive. The apartment has seen better days: lots of things are damaged, dirty, or put together badly, and the kitchen is poorly equipped.

The best place to stay, and the best accommodation I’ve had in Hungary.

The balcony is the only thing it has going for it. As a place to stay, it’s like a 30,000-won inn.

I searched hard for a place after all the river-view rooms at the Novotel next door were booked, and the view here really is the best. But there were lots of bugs getting into the room. There was barely any toilet paper and no toilet oil or similar item. I don’t know why they didn’t leave more, and it felt like they didn’t want me to cook. There was nothing provided like shampoo or toothpaste, so bring your own. They said they’d tell me the exact check-in time if I called the night before, but when I did, they had no information at all.
