Our vacation was ruined, and we’re still traumatized by what happened. The bathroom cubicle panel fell onto my wife’s back, injuring her neck, back, and hand. The children are still in shock too. This was the worst place we’ve ever stayed, and the facility was poorly maintained. The owner claimed 100 euros for damages through Booking.com, so I asked Booking.com to refund the money we paid.
The apartments were comfortable, very nice, and well equipped. We stayed only one night, but when we return for a longer visit next year, this will definitely be our first choice.
The location worked well, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Picking up the key was easy. The only thing missing was towels.
We really enjoyed our stay. It would have been helpful to have towels in the room.
The staff were pleasant and professional, and check-in seemed easy. The apartment was excellent, with a good layout and nice paintwork.
