We paid €100 total for two people for four nights in the week before Christmas. The apartment was clean and quiet, in a very nice building. Public transport was excellent, though the city center was a 20-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi was amazing, over 30 Mbps. I absolutely recommend it.

It's a clean, nice apartment close to the center, with everything you need. The price is very reasonable too.
