We never booked with d5, our reservation was with hi5. When we arrived, they told us they were the right place to leave our luggage, so we left it there. But when we came back, they charged us 9€ for the service. Two minutes after we paid, they said our booking wasn't with them. Very curious! They took 9€ without doing anything. Good job, guys!

The building was very quiet, and the apartment is close to everything. It was easy to find: McDonald's is right across the street, or you can search for "Holden Hand Apartment" on Google Maps. We booked through Booking.com, which was straightforward, with payment in advance by card. The bathroom is quite large and the tap water gets full marks for hot water. The apartment doesn't quite match the Booking.com photos; the photos I took show its current condition. It could use more dishes, or at least better ones, and there's no frying pan.
