The room was a good size, with a cooking area, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Entry and lift access use a key card, and the facilities include a gym, study room, restaurant, rooftop, and a large shared area. The location is perfect, very convenient, just four minutes from the metro. They also offer an airport shuttle for a fee. Good value overall. One drawback: the bathroom has no lock, and when its door is open, you can’t use the microwave or sink.

Breakfast was just okay, with very little choice. The hot chocolate was the only thing I liked. I didn’t really want half a doughnut for breakfast, and the eggs weren’t nice. My partner ended up ill, and we kept hearing people being sick in their rooms. I also got bitten by something and had to buy bite spray and cream. It was awful. The room was boiling hot, and the walls were so thin we could hear people screaming and everything else. When I opened the window, something fell into the room. I’m asthmatic. The room was dirty when we arrived, with a grimy sink tap, marks on the floor, and stains on the bed. They don’t clean the room or make the bed. After showering when we got in from the airport, I wanted a clean towel in the morning, but the one we had was still wet. I politely asked to have it changed and they flatly refused, so I was stuck with a soaking wet towel for the whole stay. The staff were rude, too. When the shower was running, the sink made strange banging noises. I have no idea why. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.

That rooftop terrace was amazing, though I didn’t understand why they shut it at 10 PM, especially with lots of noisy kids right outside the hotel. Breakfast had a good range, some of it really good and some just average hotel food. The breakfast room lets you sit outside. The hotel and my room were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I could open the window wide. The metro was very close, with two supermarkets right next door. There was also an ironing room. I arrived late, after the shops had closed, and couldn’t buy water at the hotel, so I was thirsty all night. My room had no TV or coffee machine, and the fifth floor smelled like a hospital. The coffee machine by reception makes really bad coffee. The man at breakfast, probably the bald manager, bothered me a lot. He didn’t ask the people in front of me for their room number, but when I walked by, he grabbed and squeezed my shoulder to ask mine. No hello or good morning. I know it gets busy and appreciate his work, but putting his hand on me was not okay. I’m a 1.60 m tall woman. If you get a good deal, the place is decent, clean, and well located, but a few small changes could make the stay much more pleasant.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a view out to the street. We had a small issue with the heating, but someone from reception came up and fixed it. The lobby was nice, with a pool table, workspace, and gym. There was breakfast too, though we didn’t try it.
