I arrived around 11 PM and was told the hotel was overbooked, even though I'd booked through Booking.com almost three weeks earlier and had checked with the hotel by chat beforehand. They'd confirmed everything was fine, but then wouldn't give me the room. There was no real explanation or useful help, and I was left on my own late at night. I tried calling nearby hotels myself, but almost all were full. Booking.com customer service wasn't responding properly or helping with the situation either. I ended up spending the whole night sitting in another hotel's reception because they had no room for me, either. I was exhausted and stressed, and felt completely abandoned. It was one of the worst travel experiences I've had. Very unprofessional and unreliable, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place looked neglected and nowhere near the advertised standard. My room was dirty, poorly maintained, and in unacceptable shape, with stains on the floor and furniture and holes in the walls. The online photos don't reflect what it's really like. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to other travelers.

For a budget trip where you still want a private room, I'd recommend this place. I was quite satisfied with my one-night stay. It's perfectly located for catching a train at the main railway station, and the receptionists were helpful and spoke flawless English. My single room was a bit dated, but clean and well maintained.

We found lighters under the bed that weren't ours, and the rooms were dirty. The bathtub was grimy and moldy, the curtains were dirty, and the rugs needed cleaning too. The heating didn't work, there was no soap, and some rooms seemed to be missing things like glasses. The internet was really bad, and the staff were unkind. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

I got robbed just outside the hotel and nobody helped. Security is terrible, they wouldn't even know if you left, and you could get killed without anyone noticing. The room was so-so, with a broken table and damaged bathroom door. Food was 2/5. Still, it was a nice experience, so I'd recommend it, just be careful.
