Enzo Capo Suites Down Town

I booked the only room type available at the time, a “One-Bedroom Apartment,” because the listing showed the jacuzzi prominently and said “Entire place is yours.” I assumed a jacuzzi came with the room. Once the free cancellation period had passed, the host messaged me to contact them on WhatsApp about paying extra for a jacuzzi room. Suddenly, the much more expensive “Penthouse” listing was available, though it hadn’t been before. Reviews from other users suggest this has happened before: a cheaper room appears to include a jacuzzi, then guests are asked to pay for an upgrade after they can no longer cancel. I requested a free cancellation beyond the normal period, and they granted it, which was the one positive part. Still, I think this is highly unprofessional. Keep it in mind if you book a room expecting a jacuzzi, as a paid upgrade may be offered afterward.
