Dorothy and Viraag deserve a special thank-you. They were so warm and helpful, and the girls on staff were kind and polite throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely modern feel. It’s right in the center, too. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again.

The receptionist made a great first impression: she was welcoming, recommended some Hungarian restaurants, and even let me check in early because my room was ready. I stayed four days, and the room was spacious and very clean. My first impression of Hungarian people was honestly 10/10. The location, staff, and whole experience were perfect for me. I really recommend this place.

Victoria was especially generous with her time. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the rest of the staff were great too. My partner and I had a perfect first trip to Budapest. The rooms were nicely kept, and being so central meant we could head off in lots of directions.

Victoria and Kendra gave excellent service. This is a lovely, clean boutique hotel in a great spot. Highly recommended, and thank you very much ❤️

The hotel is beautifully decorated and right in the center, which is a shame because our two-night stay was noisy. Our room was beside the main entrance and had no soundproofing, so we heard other guests opening and closing doors. One night, people stood chatting outside, and we had to ask them to keep it down because we could hear everything. There was also work happening upstairs during the day, and the noise woke us up. The reception staff could have made more effort to seem welcoming.
