Klarahome Apartment

Klara was a wonderful host. At check-in, she gave us useful tips for making the most of our time in Budapest, and Klarahome was very responsive. The flat is right in the center of Pest on Zrinyi Utca, between St Stephan’s Basilica and the Chain Bridge/Four Seasons Gresham Palace. There’s a Chimney Cake and coffee shop downstairs, with great food options only steps away. Though the pedestrian street gets busy, the cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat is very quiet. It’s on the second floor, or third from ground level, with a small European elevator or stairs. The building felt extremely safe, with a coded electric gate from the street and three more separately locked doors to the property, which shares its floor with just one other flat. The rooms were quiet, with excellent bedding, air conditioning, toiletries, and more than you’d get in a hotel, including a kitchen with Nespresso pods, a fridge, and a microwave. Everything is walkable from this unbeatable location. I’d highly recommend this hidden gem to couples or families.
