Kahwa Central Apartments

We dropped in by chance for a drink and a light bite and ended up really liking this little place. When I mentioned in conversation that I’d recently had a birthday and was visiting Budapest for it, the woman working there brought me some baklava to celebrate. Such a lovely gesture.

The staff made this breakfast feel special: professional, funny, and happy to joke with guests while still taking good care of everything. I had fried eggs with salmon and avocado, and the lovely-looking plate tasted great too. They seasoned it properly, with enough salt and pepper, and the flavors were clean and balanced. The flat white was very good as well. The menu is simple and lets you build a breakfast around eggs, then choose proteins and vegetables. I liked being able to put together what I wanted. The restrooms were clean and well kept, too. From the street, the place looked more like a bar than a breakfast restaurant, so we paused before sitting down. Glad we gave it a chance.

The waitress was lovely and attentive, and the service was impeccable. The food and lemonade were excellent, and I really liked the music too. A very pleasant visit. I’ll definitely come back.

Really stylish setting and a great vibe. The brunch food was good, and the staff were lovely.
