Kazinczy Dream Apartment

Right in the heart of the city, with entertainment and famous sights close by. The staff were kind, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Highly recommended, one of the best places in town.

I didn't expect it to be this tidy or so well equipped. A clean apartment with everything you need.

I got no response at all. I asked for a refund because of a serious medical condition that had been diagnosed, and my messages were completely ignored. Yes, I am your customer.

We ended up renting another apartment after the owner left us without warning about a broken bathroom and wouldn't answer calls or messages. When he finally got in touch, he said he couldn't fix it and suggested we cancel ourselves, promising a refund. We refused because cancelling ourselves would have spared him any Booking penalties. Booking paid the penalty after we rented elsewhere, but any further refund issue is for Booking to resolve with the owner. I strongly advise against booking here. You could be left in the lurch without notice.
