They cancel the accommodation on the check-in day through Airbnb or Booking. They're scammers, so don't book this apartment. I repeat, they're scammers!

I booked for three nights, but couldn't bear to stay even one. The room was so dirty that I had to find another hotel and lose my money. It definitely wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend booking here. The worst hotel experience of my life, and I'll never stay or recommend it again. There was a strong cigarette smell, cockroaches, dirty surfaces, and lots of hair that wasn't mine. The sheets looked dirty, as if they hadn't been changed after the previous guests, and the bed throw had huge stains. The towels and sheets were very old. The shower and closet were both missing a door, and the key kept sticking in the lock. At first I struggled for ten minutes to open it, and it was the same every time.

We were exhausted after I'd been driving for 12 hours, but couldn't get into the room until 7 p.m. The host said the apartment had been double booked and other people were coming, even though I'd paid online in advance. He ignored our calls, and the reception staff didn't speak English. We had to persuade reception to call him before he finally picked up. Please avoid this place.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. My girlfriend and I arrived before check-in and wanted to leave our bags while we saw the city. The designated "Locker Room" was actually the high voltage electricity room. The cleaning lady told us to take everything with us because the door couldn't be locked and there was a small chance our suitcases might get stolen. Great. The location had sent us entrance codes, so when we came back from our city tour, we went to the room. It looked much smaller than the photos on booking.com and had a strange smell. The shower doors were broken, the shower hadn't been cleaned, and the towels were stained. I can't say whether they had been changed before we arrived. The sheets were blotchy and smelly too. We asked the staff to look at it. They changed the sheet and took our towels away, but didn't give us replacements. The cleaning lady was rude and couldn't speak a word of English. We checked the rest of the room after she left, and the kitchen was disgusting. The dishes seemed unwashed for weeks. The glassware was cloudy, the knives were dirty, the pot lid had old oil on it, and every pot and pan was burnt. We were both so disgusted that we booked another apartment rather than spend more time there. I called the number I found online, and nobody answered at first. They called back an hour later, and the man asked why I hadn't spoken to anyone at the hotel. I explained that the staff had taken the towels but hadn't replaced them, and the only thing the cleaning lady did was change a sheet that was also dirty. After hearing my complaints for several minutes and my request for a refund, he hung up.
