I had a disappointing experience at Little Americas Westend Mall in Budapest. The cleanliness was lacking; I found a used toothbrush on the bathroom floor, used hair ties with hair still in them, and even mud footprints on the walls and ceiling next to the bed. Additionally, there’s another room right next to the apartment, and you can hear everything, even when they’re whispering. This really affected my stay. I booked another hotel.

This place is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that make you feel at ease. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. It’s definitely worth staying here for a relaxing getaway.

A horrible experience I wouldn't wish to anyone! We never actually made it to the apartment because the owner (or somebody in charge) informed us that the heating was broken as we were entering Budapest. He simply said he could not accommodate us and blocked us on the phone. We spent the next two and a half hours in January, in the dark and cold, talking via Viber back and forth with the people from Booking to find something else. We had a child with us! As it turned out, since we haven't "consumed" the accommodation we couldn't even leave a comment on Booking so nobody will know about how the
