Madison Serviced Apartments

The apartments are in a really handy spot in the city center, and they’re a bit above the usual standard for places like this. I’ve booked with Madison four times now and haven’t been disappointed. The service is always kind and helpful, and the team really tries to do its best for every guest. I’ll keep booking here.

The apartment was generally clean, though there were a few bugs on the floor. We booked for two adults and two kids, but the sofa wasn’t big enough and the place felt too small for four. Parking was a real problem too, since our large car wouldn’t fit in the garage. All in all, we could have found somewhere better.

The apartment was lovely, very clean, and everything worked well. The staff were friendly and kind, and the prices were great. The only snag was paying, since our card wouldn’t work with the payment systems they had. I stayed in October and would definitely recommend it.

The neighborhood gets noisy at night, both from outside and from people in the corridor, where the sound carries almost straight into the apartment. It seems to be a party area, so late returning neighbors can be an issue. The location itself is nice, with a good restaurant just around the corner and luxury brand shops on a nearby street. Beyond that, the apartment was disappointing: it lacked many basic amenities, several lights didn’t work, and the AC smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
