Metropolis Budapest Boutique Hotel

We stayed in the Liszt room at this lovely little boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and themed, and the location is fairly central. It's in a quiet residential area, but the main attractions are only a short walk away. The staff were friendly, especially Catalina and Tarneem, who chatted with us at breakfast and offered advice. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we’ll be recommending this hotel. Getting there was easy, with clear directions and pictures in case you got lost. Our room was ready early, so the young woman at reception let us check in ahead of time, which was lovely after our flight. She also gave us a map, sightseeing and food suggestions, and showed us where to find the emergency number in case we lost the key or got lost. The cute room had everything we needed: a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water and other drinks. If you forget toothpaste or a toothbrush, the hotel can help with those too.

I spent four nights here on a solo Budapest trip for NYE and couldn't be happier with my choice. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel is close to public transport and town. My room was comfortable and clean, with a robe and slippers provided. I got a warm welcome message the day before check-in, with directions for finding the property. I arrived early, but my room was ready, so they let me in. The woman who checked me in sat with me, shared a map and useful information, and recommended places to visit and nearby options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service was great, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Pollina, Roman, and Ayana welcomed us so warmly. Everyone was kind, polite, and competent, and they really know how to look after guests. The room was comfortable and wonderful, and I have nothing but praise for the facilities and staff at the Metropolis Budapest Boutique Hotel. I recommend staying here, and I'll book this lovely hotel again when I return to Budapest.
