The room turned out even better than the photos, despite what I’d expected from the reviews. It’s right in the center, where the airport bus drops you off, and it was very good for the price, about 50 per night in December. I highly recommend it.

We booked three nights, from August 31, 2024 to September 3, 2024, for two adults and our 1 year and 2 month old child. Our flight was delayed, and we reached the address around 11:50 pm in a taxi booked through Booking.com. Its GPS took us to the address we’d been given. We followed the self check-in instructions but couldn’t find the entrance. For over an hour we walked around with our luggage and stroller, trying to reach the owner, but got no reply or help. Hotel staff helped us check the location and confirmed the GPS was right. We kept searching until 2:30 am, still unable to find the room, so we booked another nearby hotel. We’d paid €112 per night and needed somewhere to sleep because our child couldn’t be left on the street. In the morning, someone contacted us to ask whether we’d checked in, and we checked out and went looking for more accommodation. The owner eventually sent a photo of the entrance, which was across the street in another alley that wasn’t shown on our GPS. We were very confused, but finally found the place. 👏🏽 We thought the whole situation was terrible. We were paying guests and shouldn’t have been left out on the street like that. I asked whether the management would take responsibility or explain what happened, but they said nothing about it. I’ll never go back. There are other things about the apartment I could complain about, but I don’t want to get into them. This was an awful experience for me and my family, and I regret booking it. I’m so sad. I hope this doesn’t happen to another family. This is a true story, and I don’t want anyone else to go through it.

Everything was clean and well kept, with everything we needed. The spot is convenient too: there’s a supermarket in the next building, a three-line metro interchange nearby, and it’s a five-minute walk to the river. Under the window is the airport bus’s starting and final stop, and the next street has lots of restaurants. The drawbacks were the kitchen, which had only two forks and not enough dishes, and the WiFi details the owner provided didn’t work. I couldn’t get in touch with the owner, so I had to figure things out myself. Still, I was satisfied overall.

Getting hold of the owners was difficult, and the WiFi didn’t work. There were no sheets and towels. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, and the location was great.
