Park&Art Mini Boutique Hotel

The apartment felt cozy, and the kitchen was really well equipped. The location worked very well, about 3 minutes from the M1 metro and around 5-7 minutes from Heroes' Square, the Zoo, and the Art Museum. For parking, there's the Art Museum Parking about 50m away for 9 € / day, or a private lot around 300m away for about 4 € / day.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and I loved the luxurious bathroom with its rainwater shower. The suites also had lovely decor and felt secure, with keypad locks at both the building entrance and the apartments. They left sparkling wine and chocolate truffles for us, which was a nice touch. It was easy to get around from here. Budapest Keleti Train Station is a 15-minute walk, and the underground stations are about 5 minutes away. Multi-day public transport passes were cheap. Kinga and Klari gave clear directions for finding the place, and although nobody was on site, they replied quickly to messages. I couldn't fault the suites.

The breakfast was so thoughtfully chosen and generous that we now need to make sure the children get a similar spread at home. We all loved the space, and I absolutely adored the Mini Hotel's decor, every little detail felt carefully picked. It's near the Zoo and the park too. Just perfect, we'll definitely be back!

The photos looked well done and some reviews had raised my expectations, so finding a dirty room was a real disappointment. There was dust, hair, and grime around and behind the bed, and I even found food scraps on the floor. I left straight away and got half of my reservation fee back. The room was dark, though it did look stylish like the pictures. The building entrance is pretty shabby. I'd suggest this place only to people with low expectations.
