I stayed for four nights. The first night I couldn't sleep because the bed and mattress were awful. I asked reception, and they changed the mattress. There was no cleaning service. At first reception said they cleaned after three days, but after three nights, when I asked, they refused. They only changed the towels and didn't clean at all. I asked again just to have the garbage taken out, and the answer was still no. The woman at reception was aggressive and rude, with no respect. The apartment is on a quiet street, but at night lots of drunk people walk by. I wouldn't consider it safe for a family with children.

The location was great, with plenty of bus and train stops nearby and easy access to the whole city. We arrived well before check-in on the first day, and the staff were friendly and let us in early. On our last day, they also kindly agreed to keep our travel bags while we went out to see more of the city. I was very pleased with the stay and would recommend it. The room was clean, warm and cozy when we visited in January, with fresh sheets and everything.

Everything we needed was in this lovely, very clean apartment, including a washing machine. It's right in central Budapest, and I'd happily stay here again.

Customer service responded quickly, which was a positive. Still, I was disappointed when I arrived to find an old building that didn't look like the pictures, and the room photos were different too. The location wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it for tourists. There was AC only in the living room, so the bedroom was uncomfortable. I paid for four nights and asked for a refund, but the request was rejected. Later I booked a Hilton in the city center for the same amount, and it was much better. This place isn't worth the price when there are much better options.

It’s easy to get around from here, with transit, shops, and restaurants close by. The area itself stays quiet at night, too. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with nothing that caused us trouble. The reception team were friendly and understanding, and worked around our check-in time when we let them know ahead. I’d happily recommend it.
