We loved the breakfast at Pullman Budapest, especially the wide local and international buffet and eggs cooked to order. The hotel’s also well placed for landmarks, transit, shopping, and dining. Our room was spacious, spotless, and stylish, with a very comfortable bed, fast WiFi, a well-stocked minibar, and premium toiletries. The team made the stay feel special from the start. Everyone we met was warm and attentive, including the doorman Gézu, who knew the city well and pointed us to Menza, a local restaurant we wouldn’t have found ourselves. This hotel went beyond what we expected and made our Budapest trip memorable. We’ll be back, and thanks for such a great stay.

The loft we stayed in was stunning and felt like a home away from home. We also made great use of the work rooms one morning when I needed to catch up on work. The staff were super friendly, and the art and music inspired decor is on another level. Breakfast had a fantastic mix of local and international specialties. The property is amazing, right in the heart of Budapest and within walking distance of most major attractions. We loved our stay at Pullman Budapest.

We were all highly impressed, and are already looking forward to another visit. The hotel bar had live music on Saturday, which made for a lovely evening. Breakfast was included, with a great range of choices and some dishes cooked to order. The location worked perfectly for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out. From arrival, the staff were fantastic, and our modern, clean room had everything we needed.

I really enjoyed staying here on my Budapest trip. The rooms are modern, the location is perfect, and breakfast had a huge range of good quality food. Reception staff were very friendly, especially Roland. A special mention to Csaba at Tutto restaurant for such caring, attentive service.

Breakfast service could have been a little more attentive. Even when it wasn’t busy, we sometimes had to go find someone to order eggs, and it could take a while to get their attention. A small issue in an otherwise excellent stay. I appreciated that the reception team, especially BALOGH Blanka, and manager ROLAND BALÁZS took my casual feedback seriously. Their care really impressed me. We had a wonderful time at Pullman Budapest and would gladly return.
