We had a really good stay in October and would book again. The apartment had plenty of space and a fabulous location, with a Spar just across the road. The washing machine, kettle, microwave, stove and fridge all worked properly. They’d also left hand soap, dish soap and some shower gel. There was an air conditioner, though we didn’t use it. Some apartments face the street, so nighttime noise could be an issue.

They cancelled my booking over weather or a crisis, even though my stay was still a month away. How could they know what the weather or situation would be then? I can only presume they cancelled because I’d booked early for Christmas and they now want to raise the holiday price. Now I have to find somewhere else at 600 a night this close to Christmas. Happy holidays to me. Don’t book here, they’re not reliable.

The workers outside started very early and woke me both mornings, so bring earplugs. Apart from that, it’s handy for a short stay: shops and public transport are close, the bedding was fresh and clean, the TV worked, and the shower was warm with strong pressure. There’s also a small kitchen outside the room with an electric stove and microwave.

The roadworks got noisy from 6 am, so bring earplugs. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower had a curtain and was a little clogged. Good price and a good location.
