Stayinstyle Apartments

The neighborhood was nice, but we would have liked to know sooner that not all the apartments are at the Google address, kepiro utca 9. We rented two because we were a group, and they ended up more than 500 m apart. One was on Akacfa utca 6, a 20' walk from kepiro utca. We only found out shortly before arriving in Budapest, so we didn’t get a chance to decide whether that worked for us. Check the bed count carefully. They count a sofa under 120cm as a double bed, which is really only suitable for sharing with very small children. They gave us just one extra bed, which wasn’t enough, and we were very disappointed because we couldn’t sleep well. One bedroom window didn’t close properly, so we were cold in November. I can’t imagine how it would be in January. The shower was blocked, and although there were eleven of us and we told the staff, nobody came to fix it or offer a solution. It’s a pity because the apartments are decent and nice, but the staff seemed interested only in the money, not in giving customers good service.
