They cancelled our room just two days before we were due to stay, claiming there was a problem with the card. The card was fine, and we’d even provided an alternative, but we never saw them try to charge it. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone either. It left us scrambling for somewhere else at the last minute. Avoid them unless you want that kind of stress.

We were really happy with our stay. The room was tidy, clean, and organized, and its toilet was spotless. There’s also a huge shared kitchen that was clean and well organized.

There’s no reception at night. At 2 a.m. we got into our room and found another couple already asleep in it, so we left straight away. Booking.com let me cancel for free right then, but the hotel still hadn’t returned my money even after 60 days. Don’t stay here.

They cancelled my confirmed reservation and refused every credit card I tried. The same card worked immediately at another hotel and had never caused anyone else a problem. I later read that lots of people had run into the same issue. They’re a bunch of scammers.

I booked a room for 37 EUR at the end of november, then they cancelled a week before my trip, saying my card was invalid. The card was fine, as I booked another place a few minutes later. I checked their listing and saw they could sell a room for 200 EUR+ that same week. They had no rooms left on my booked date, so I think they cancelled to sell it for more. If you book cheaply, expect they might cancel if a higher price comes along.
