Triple M Hotel

I had a great stay for two nights. It was easy to get around because two public transport lines are nearby, and the location is perfect. Staff were very polite, and breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious and tidy, with a nice balcony view. The towels and bed sheets were old, though clean. Breakfast and coffee were okay, and it was a good stay overall. Public transport is just 100-200 m away.

The location was great, and so was breakfast, but the room didn't look like the photos. It was large, yet not practical. The lamps didn't work, and the TV was positioned across from the table, so you couldn't see it from the bed. The room was cold, and they wouldn't give us extra blankets even though we asked. The pillows were small and too soft.

The Triple M Hotel is about a 40-minute walk from the city centre, which wasn't convenient. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. I was there with two friends, and the experience was disappointing. There was just one receptionist, who kept leaving the desk, and before check-in we had to leave our bags in the restaurant. Our room didn't match the description. There were no blackout windows, and it was very bright in the morning even with the curtains closed. The Wi-Fi was poor, the TV didn't work, and its cable looked unsafe. The shower head holder was missing, so you had to hold the shower yourself. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattresses stained, and some lights and charging sockets didn't work. The air-conditioning was broken and only blew hot air. We ended up sleeping with the windows open, which meant constant ambulance and police noise, then freezing temperatures at night. I wouldn't consider it a 3-star hotel.
