The location is the one real plus. There was dust piled on the wardrobe shelves and counter, and the quilts and pillows need replacing. Soap in the bathroom should be topped up before guests arrive. We also didn't get a quiet night's sleep during any of our three nights, even though quiet hours were posted around the building and people were asked to respect one another.
