This so-called apartment was in the middle of a residential area, and when I arrived, nobody I asked could tell me where it was. I called, and the man in charge showed up looking angry, as if I had let out some kind of secret. He demanded payment upfront and acted like the amount we'd agreed on wasn't enough. Then he started shouting, tossing my money around and using racial slurs. I left as soon as I could get away. Never again.
