Getting in touch with the owner was difficult. They didn’t answer emails, so I had to call each time. Then, 5 days before our vacation, they cancelled our reservation because I hadn’t replied to an email within 24h. When I called to ask why, the owner was extremely rude and started yelling at me. I’m not exaggerating. They wouldn’t listen to what I was saying or even discuss a way to solve the problem they said I’d caused.

Booked for three people and one child, you arrive at the apartment and find no extra bed linen for two people and no towels. The sheets didn’t look very fresh either. The ceilings leak, and the doors, with so many fences and locks, made the place look like it had once been a drug den or something. I’ve never seen that many locks and fences anywhere.

The location was the only good part. The apartment was old and disgustingly dirty. The toilet was frightening, the curtains were filthy and coming loose, and the kitchen cups looked as if they hadn’t been washed in years. In summer it was 38 degrees, and there wasn’t even a basic fan. I do not recommend it.
