It feels forgotten, with almost everything up for sale. Maybe yours has been renovated, and I apologize if so, but the surrounding area and other buildings there are deserted, which leaves a negative impression.

It’s really striking, and if I had a lot of money, I’d live here. The house has a bathtub and a sauna, and the best thing is how quiet it is: since we arrived, I haven’t heard a single car pass. We’re about 1 km from an already quiet settlement, in what feels like the middle of nowhere. Finding the place was a bit of a task, though. The map points to somewhere with nothing there, or to an open gate without saying what it is or where the apartment is. One of the landlords helped us find it. Go through the gate and follow the road for 970 meters, I measured it. There are lots of houses along there, and ours is the orange building. Two issues: the light in one upstairs room flickers so badly it could cause an epileptic seizure, and although I can connect to the internet, there’s no actual internet access.
