The spa was such a relaxing place to unwind, and our room was spotless, roomy, and looked out onto the forest. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was incredible. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, too, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We'd love to come back in another season to try the outdoor facilities. One small catch: tea and coffee aren't provided in the room. Reception lent us a kettle when we asked, but we brought our own tea and coffee. Apart from that, our stay was faultless. Thank you!
8/10
I really enjoyed staying at the hotel, especially with all the beautiful nature around it and such a convenient location. The restaurant served a range of delicious food. Some areas did have visible signs of renovation and updating, but I still had a great time and would recommend the hotel.
4/10
The forest and ranch setting is beautiful, but the hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. Most of the guest-facing staff seemed to lack hospitality experience or training. Breakfast had a very limited selection of Aldi (!) food, and the restaurant was inconsistent: some dishes were really good, while others were awful, perhaps because different chefs were cooking. The room decor and equipment were poor too, below what I'd expect from a three-star hotel.
10/10
If you're looking for a peaceful break away from the big city, this place is worth considering. It's a huge complex with thermal pools, carts, playgrounds for kids and plenty more. There's also a good restaurant with delicious food.
10/10
The setting is lovely, and the playground and other facilities are well done. We come to the restaurant quite often, since it's the best nearby spot to spend some time with family after lunch. The food is delicious, too.
