The information online made it sound like there was a hairdresser, massage, coffee, and swimming. I went there, but none of that was available, only guests. It didn't feel welcoming at all. The entrance was very dark, and two people behind the desk left me waiting for 15 minutes, which was really irritating. The man wasn't charmed by me because I didn't know my hair needed fixing. Don't go there. They look down on people and aren't real.

We had a nice little summer getaway for two nights, and the food was excellent. There was live music during dinner on Friday. The spa felt too small, though. Since we visited in summer, people could also use the outdoor pools, so it wasn't too crowded. I don't know how busy it gets in autumn or winter. The room was OK, but needed some care: the cosmetic mirror was loose, some bulbs didn't work, water kept flooding the bathroom floor because the shower had no door, and the spa clock had stopped and needed a new battery. That was last year, so hopefully these things were sorted by 2019.

We were due to check in today at 15:00, and asked if we could take the kids to the indoor pool beforehand. The receptionist wouldn't cooperate and gave excuses for why we couldn't use it, though there seemed to be no reason. When I asked for a supervisor, he said we could speak with her in two days. The whole response was rude and totally unprofessional. This will be our last time at this hotel.
