I like coming more in summer, when you can sit outside by the lake. The local dishes and the atmosphere are both great. In the evenings the mosquitoes make sitting there uncomfortable, so having repellent on the table would help. I’d visit more often, but the prices feel high for a place out in the province.

The nearby area is lovely for cycling and hiking. The place itself felt a little crowded, and I didn’t think it was very good value for the money.

Beautiful setting, delicious Hungarian food, and a great experience.

The setting is lovely and cozy, with plenty of space around the place. We stopped here on the way home, but our small room smelled of food, and there was a constant noise from the outside heater, AC, or kitchen. The Hungarian food was mediocre, and the service came across as blunt. Maybe it used to be a much nicer place.

The location by the Danube is gorgeous. The rooms, though, were outdated and very bare, and the staff didn’t feel very welcoming. Breakfast was basic, and it wasn’t served at the time we’d agreed on.
