We got an easy check-in, clean rooms that looked like the online pictures, and a very reasonable price for such a central spot. Everything we might need was nearby. The older building could use better upkeep. The beds in the rooms we stayed in were uncomfortable and creaked whenever we moved. Along with the street noise at night, that made a good night's sleep difficult. It may not be true of every room, but at least two had the same problem. Coffee and tea came in glass jars, which felt less hygienic to us than single-use sachets. Toiletries were limited to a soap dispenser and an unlabeled gel dispenser in the shower. The towels were small and weren't replaced during our stay. The location and price were definite pluses, but with the comfort and maintenance issues, we're unlikely to stay again.

The main entrance door was unlocked and open to everyone, and we saw several security concerns. At night, you need your phone's flashlight to get around. The old elevator feels like it could break down at any time. The historical building is very old and dirty, and our room had cobwebs and hadn't been cleaned. If cleanliness and safety matter to you, this place isn't for you. It was our worst experience so far, especially at this price.

The apartment itself was really nice, and everything inside was perfect. The entrance to the building and the elevator look terrible, but I can still recommend the place.

It has everything you need and sits in a very old, atmospheric tenement building right in the city center. Astoria and Blaha Lujza metro stations are nearby, along with a kebab shop, Tesco, a pharmacy, and the synagogue. A very nice apartment, recommended.
