The garden was lovely and the location has a lot of potential, but the stay itself was pretty poor quality. The whole apartment was generally dirty, and there weren't enough chairs in the entrance hall for all the tables. The family room was really only for two, with a fold-out sofa. In the triple room, the so-called double bed was two singles pushed together, leaving a gap wide enough for my child to fit in. The mattresses were poor, and I was counting how much longer I’d have to sleep on them. In the summer heat, we were handed the air conditioner remotes when we arrived and told to test them all ourselves. We booked all but one room, but honestly, it’s worth renting the entire house. There’s practically no soundproofing between rooms, not even a threshold. The billiards table was great, but in such a huge room there wasn’t enough space to use a cue by the wall, and only one of the two cues worked. One ball had a broken-off piece, too. The hot tub didn't work. We were told we should have called two weeks beforehand, but how were we supposed to do that when they didn’t answer messages? They also said using it would cost extra, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Communication with the host was already incredibly difficult before we arrived.

We booked room 12 but somehow ended up in room 15, which had neither a hot tub nor a sauna. To use the sauna, we would have had to go to the other house across the street. The hot tub was out of reach because we were told we had to give two weeks’ notice, so we dropped that plan. On departure day, a nice lady arrived at 9:30 and urged us to hurry because the cleaners were coming. They didn’t even ask for our ID. Payment was cash only.

We had a garage spot for one car and a large terrace. The apartment worked well for our group of six, with a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with bathrooms (one for four people, the other for two), and an extra toilet. The staff were very friendly. It’s close to both the city center and the thermal pools. I highly recommend it and would happily return.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They don't seem to understand hospitality. The one plus is how close it is to the city center. Staff come and go during the day, sometimes carrying laundry. We booked two weekends at once, both in high season, and when we checked out after the first, they asked for 20% more for the second. Prices just keep going up. On departure day, the cleaners knocked an hour and a half before the advertised checkout time.

The location is good, but it’s not worth putting up with everything else. We’ve stayed here several times with friends, renting the whole house, but we won’t return. The cleanliness has got worse each time: there was hair in the bathroom, a previous guest’s shorts behind the bed, and the sponge was gray. The owner was constantly coming and going during our stay. On checkout day they even arrived to clean 1.5 hours early. We hadn't finished unpacking and he had already started making the bed. Sorry 😕
