The outdoor seating area had an amazing view, and the generous portions were tasty and good value for the price. Inside, though, the restaurant looked a little run-down and could use maintenance to bring it up to the standard of the food and the lovely outdoor setting. I’d still recommend it and will visit again.

The food we ordered was tasty, and the service was nice. The views are gorgeous, so people who know the area might want to bring binoculars. The menu is only in Hungarian, but luckily you can connect to public internet and use a translator. The road up can be a bit strange at times, but the restaurant is well worth a visit.

The panoramic view from this restaurant at the top is unique, and it’s a lovely place for a weekend hike with family or friends during the pandemic. It wasn’t crowded, prices were quite good, and they paid attention to the measures. Staff wore masks, and only one person could enter.

The view was the best part. We went for lunch on a weekday, when there were only a few other customers. My friend said reservations are recommended on weekends. The soup was delicious and the main meal was tasty, though the portions were a bit too much for me. My friend took some home for dinner. I was visiting as a tourist, and I’d go back if I get the chance.

A great lookout over the Danube, with big, delicious portions and friendly staff. It’s not haute cuisine, but it’s perfect after a good hike. Well worth a visit!
